Our Mission
Omaha Vein Specialists is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of vein diseases. We specialize in the vein diseases ranging from simple to complicated. This includes spider veins and varicose veins. We also treat complicated venous disease such as venous thrombosis, vein stenosis and venous ulcers. We are capable of providing services in a convenient office setting as well as outpatient and inpatient surgery. We look forward to helping to solve your vein problems.

B. Timothy Baxter, MD
Dr. B. Timothy Baxter is a board certified vascular surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Colorado and his vascular surgery training at the Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr Baxter is a clinical faculty member of the University of Nebraska dept. of surgery. He has practiced vascular surgery in Omaha for nearly 20 years.
Eugene Waltke, MD
Dr. Eugene Waltke is a board certified vascular surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery training at the Medical College of Wisconsin and his vascular surgery training at the St. Vincent’s Hospital in Columbus Ohio. Dr Waltke is a clinical faculty member of the University of Nebraska dept. of surgery. He has practiced vascular surgery in Omaha for over 20 years.
Scott Wattenhofer, MD
Dr. Scott Wattenhofer is a board certified vascular surgeon. He received his medical degree from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery training at the University of Kansas and his vascular surgery training at the University of Kansas in Kansas City. Dr Wattenhofer is a clinical faculty member of the University of Nebraska dept. of surgery. He has practiced vascular surgery in Omaha for nearly 20 years. Located in the West Dodge Medical Plaza.
